Hi, I am from Canada and currently possess a TN Visa in the USA and I want to apply for a 2nd one to work at another company in USA. I was wondering if it will it raise a flag if I book airfare together and fly together with my USA companion to Canada and then on the return flight to USA to go to the airport together to fly back but only I will go the CBP office at the airport myself without her when I apply for the TN Visa? We will still fly back together to USA after my TN visa application is completed there. Not sure if us flying together raises questions to the CBP officer. We've booked and flown a lot together over past year in the USA, not sure if that's a flag as well. Thank you for your advice.

The border officer *could* question your relationship (with regards to you marrying your "USA companion") , but since you aren't married, you won't be going up to the officer together in any event (or at least, you shouldn't), so I doubt they would make any connection between the two of you.

Approaching the CBP counter as a "family" (which otherwise unrelated person do not), could raise a flag. One of the "eligibity criteria" that the officer will be "focused on "will be intent to immigrate.
So, since you are not a married couple, simply avoid the suspicion by each going to an agent separately.
