Time after fingerprints

Hi folks, today i had my fingerprints done and i just want to know how long it takes complete name check and when should i call them for the status of my case, second think can i call direct to fbi for cheking the status and which no. should i call?

Ditto. I had my FPs 3 months ago, and I'm still waiting. Many other current users of this forum had theirs back in September/October, and they are only getting their ILs now. On the other hand, a few lucky individuals got their ILs within a couple of weeks of FPs.
