RD is the date INS received u\'r mail

Sentil ,You should have the RD in your receipt notice as Received date above the Notice Date
 
The attorney has not mailed the receipt to me.By the way...

When do you expect the earliest date for FP for July applicant?
 
AP approved - RD July5th, ND: Aug24

AP approved for me and my wife as per CSC AVM updated today 20th.

RD: July 5th
ND: Aug 24th
WAC 01-266-#####

My received date as mentioned on the notice of action is "July 23" but when I call the AVM the message tells me it is "September 5". Does anyone else has the same issue? Should I call them to fix it? September 5 is actually the notice date per NOA.

My ND is August 23 and still the Advance Parol is NOT approved

I have seen messages like AP approved for those whose ND is August 24 and the number is like WAC-01-266 , but my ND is 08/23 and the number is WAC-01-265. The AVM still says that the application is received e.t.c. Could there be a problem with my AP? How are the processings done according to the ND Or in a random fashion?

I chekced AVM yesterday and it says AP approved on 9/25. Yet to receive the apporoval.

what are your first 5 digits of WAC number? just to compare with mine WAC-01-265 and see if my AP wi

gcneed already posted his/her WAS number in this thread! It is 01-277. If INS followed RD/ND order then your AP should have been approved by now.
