Sorry, Pump, I didn\'t check this thread recently. Anyway, we just told ASC that we would be out of town. As I said earlier, the lady let us in before we finished our sentence. She just said "oh, no problem...."

Looks like that FP notice stop on RD 4/10 case, noticed maggie(ND 4/10) got FP. No others guys got FP after that ND. Please post your detail if you have later RD than 4/10.
 
FP notice Fax Inquiry response from INS...

I asked our lawyer to put in a fax inquiry about our FP notice. They
sent the fax on Monday.

This is the response I got:

The INS sent a reply to our fax inquiry that they are setting up a new fingerprinting appointment system. Status inquiries will not
be accepted until 120 days after your I485 receipt notice date: June 6, 2001.
---

This is just FYI. Hope it helps others.

Thanks everybody for sharing your information.. It does seem that the FP notice date is tied to the ND, doesn\'t it? And that it tends to happen somewhere aroung ND + 4 months? Or is it just me?

Going through the fantastic list that "mighty count" has prepared, it is very depressing to see that EAD\'s have not been issued. I believe the norm was to get an EAD before AP...Excellent work mighty count

Thanks for the update guys. Finally I got my I-485 approved on August 29th. I am going to stamp it on Sept 1st week.
