Texas I-140 from February 26th

TSC is processing randomly. Jan-March 2002 case might have been approved. Check AVM.

Hi Texy,

Both the time I received my RFE in seven days. My second RFE was entered in TSC system on Feb 13, 2002 and sent it on Feb 8, 2002.

My first RFE was sent on Jan 0.7, 2002 and second RFE was issued on
Jan 26, 2002.

I don\'t know your state but I am in Louisiana which is near to Texas.

GKING, our lowyer told me that

some cases which were filed in SEPT-01 were approved. Mine has ND 09/24 EB3(RIR). I am wondering to listen to that 200-270 days AVM. Do U think the AVM thing is right?!?!?!... Thanks.

Just talked to an IIO. My case was assigned on Feb. 1st. Need 4-6 weeks.

You need to call Consulate in Islamabad. Most of the consulate have their website and therefrom you can get phone number to call.

She (the IIO) said they are processing the cases before 04/02/01 and what I can do is just waiting.

EB-2 regular Master degree
Do you guys know how long I need to wait for approve??
 
It\'s by ND

It appears TSC works by ND, not by RD.
Your case experienced an unusually long delay from RD to ND.
So while your RD is indeed quite early, the ND in mid-july is
normal for the cases processed these days. So, unfortunately,
you still may be waiting.

And TSC is everything but predictable! And I-140 is not alone, if you look I-485 tracking, you will see that some cases with ND sep-2001 have been approved, some cases Apr-2000 still pending.
I am sure they see all our cases just papers, they certainly see no difference if the case is approved in 3 months or in one year. And they do not care either!

The only positive thing is that they still working on our cases.
By that they may think that they already do us a great favor.

These are the I-140 details of my friend. His case approved in 3 months.

RD : Nov 14, 2001
ND : Feb 21, 2002
AD : Feb 25, 2002

I waited for 11 months and some more are waiting even longer.
