my lawyer..(who wud have got the approval notice)..!!

Is it safe?

My position requires BS in Comp. Sci. + 4 years of experience.
I have a Master degree in Applied Math. The first evaluation made states that, taking into account my 4 years of experience in Comp Sci, my diploma is equivalent to Bach. in Comp. Sci.

Labor passed OK. But I-140 was denied. They want BS in CS based solely on education. Now my attorney says that they made the new evaluation that states that I am Master in Comp Sci. without any experience. They gonna refile my I-140.

Is it OK to refile with MS in CS, or I must have BS in CS, and consequently have to seek for new evaluation?
 
Its finally apporved.

Just heard the sweetest word on TSC AVM. Its appoved today on 2/27.

Surprisingly last week on 2/21 IIO told me that my case is not assigned yet. God knows how TSC work.

Yesterday finally i heard the good news on the AVM. It really felt good.

Finally approved feb 27.
it was long wait which finally ended in good note.

Transfred from TSC to VSC on Feb14th and updated VSC with ND of Feb26th

I checked VSC AVM last night my case was received on Feb26th and this type of case takes 150-240 days.

At TSC
RD:11/05/2001
ND:11/16/2001
Category EB3(Regular)

Transferred to VSC on Feb14th.
At VSC
ND:02/26/2002.

Previously VSC it used to take 30-60 days right. now AVM says 150-240 days. Is VSC also started struggling like TSC?

KP, How long does it take for the RFE notice to reach us? Also what is your new ND for your last RFE? Any update on your case.

Please guide I have received RFE on 2/25 not received any correspondence from TSC therefore don\'t know the reason.

Senator / Congressman Help

Jennifer - It really does help to get them to make an inquiry - my I-140 got approved end of Jan after waiting almost 12 months. Within a few weeks of an inquiry by one of my local senator\'s, it was sorted.
