Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

Santoshi,
I rcvd my notice in 2 weeks and then 2 more week for approval. A frnd of mine had 2 weeks for notice, then after next 2 days he had the approval.

So RD does take time
 
Some people got 140 approved within 30 days, Some people filed 8 months ago, still waiting. The USCIS site shows they are currently processing Feb 22, 2006 cases. Could anyone explain this?

Anyone has case number SRC

My I-140 has been filed on July 26, 2006 to NSC (Nebraska Service Center), but today I got receipt from my attorney with case number SRC and came from TSC (Texas Service Center). If anyone knows what is SRC stand for and anyone got similar case number start with SRC.

I was told by attorney that the concurrent package was to be sent Fedex overnight to Nebraska on Jun 6. However my receipt notice (SRC0621...) from Texas was dated Jul 10. Attorney (and USCIS operator) told me that it was taking 4-6 weeks for a receipt notice. Some people (as akela notes) are receiving receipt notices earlier than that.

I think it depends on how lucky you are ;).

If you still don't have a receipt notice after a few weeks (and others who have filed after you have received their receipt notices) you could call USCIS and ask them if they have received your file. Make sure you tell them that other people who filed before you have their receipt notices otherwise you risk being told to simply "wait".

Do you know what is SRC? My I-140 filed on july 26 got receipt number today August 8, 2006 from my attorney. The case number start with SRC06...,

I also got it as SRC...this is texas service center receipt number.

140/485 filed on Jun 22nd and got the receipt notices dated jun 26th. Still waiting for 140 approval. Got EAD and AP.

That means yor case has gone to Texas, which btw is better than NSC. So that way you are lucky. I hope you are EB-2, in that case you would be rcvng your AP, EAD, FP approvals faster than if it had gone to NSC. Your I140, I would say would take between 18 to 45 days.

Thank you so much Akela for your good wishes. I am EB3 I guess, thats why my attorney filed only I-140.
 
Hi all

I am EB3 India. Got my I 140 approval in Feb. 2006 from CSC. After that company was aquired by another so now the lawyer has filed amendment( or is it new I 140 I don't know) with TSC RD of July 24 2006.
From the messages looks like you get approval within a month. Is that correct? Processing dates show Feb 22 2006 so I was just wondering.

If anybody is maintaining a tracker pls add me

my I-140 is pending for 9 month. I filed in CA but it transfered to TX on March. so you guys are so lucky that you are getting approvals this fast. I hope I can get also...
 
I guess how long you have to wait for I-140 approval is depending on the following factors:

-- PD
-- EB2 or EB3,
-- Transfered from other service center or not transferred,
-- substitution case or not ???

Correct me if I am wrong about this. If you know any other factors may contribute to this, please also let us know.

Any comments are much appreciated.

mainly transferring the cases from one center to different center may result that long delay otherwise, it only depends on whose desk it is sitting and how fast they act and nothing else. If there is RFE it will take more time anyways.
 
i-140 pending

I am in the same boat too. I filed i-140 and i-485 concurrently at TSC with RD: January 26, 2006

I received my AP and EAD after 6 months. No word on the i-140 or i-485. Last LUDs were March 29, 2006.

I am EB2 worldwide.

I cannot figure out the processing pattern at the USCIS!!!!
 
I-140 approved today

I have received e-mail from USCIS about I-140 approval today.
Here are details.

I-140 RD: April 25 2006 at NSC (LIN)
I-140 Transferred to TSC : June 13 2006
I-140 Received at TSC: June 19 2006
I-140 RFE Issued: July 6 2006 (Ability to Pay 2002-2005 Tax retuens from employer and W2 forms from me)
I-140 Responded: July 28 2006
I-140 Approved: Aug 10 2006 (received e-mail) (LUD)

Congrats INGC and good luck.
I was checking other forums too, not many I140 approvals in the recent weeks. TSC has slowed down a lot

I had a change in LUD today but the status did not change. I did not get an email either.

online ? What is the website ?

Did you see any LUDs for your case, I applied around the same time, there is no LUD changes in mine.
