TD Visa for Non Canadian Pakistani Spouse

Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen with a TN Visa to work in US directly from my employer, my wife is a Pakistani Citizen, non PR card holder, Non Canadian Citizen. What's the quickest way to have her join me in the United States? Any insight, advice is appreciated. Thank you!
 
She needs to go to a US consulate and apply for TD visa.

Then I would thing flying to US would be the quickest way to join you.

Thank you! What are the expected timelines of a TD Visa being issued, once the interview has happened in the local US consulate? Does it have to be a local US consulate in Pakistan or can be any US consulate, e.g. US consulate / embassy in Turkey (she has visa for Turkey and all European schengen states).
