Suggestions...
1.I came to US in May2002 with visa stamped till march2003.
I applied for a new H1 transfer with I94 valid till march2007.
My old stamping is expired should i get stamped Immediately.. or i can wait.. I am planning to go to India next year only...

2. When i came to US i was without job so i don't have W2 for the 2002.

When i go in for stamping will i have problem... any suggestions what i should answer..

Problem when you go out of US

If you go to India for stamping, consulate is asking W2 now a days, period, if they find that you do not have w2 for some period, you are assumed to be out of status and deny visa and your re -entry is a big problem.

I have W2 for 2003..since i planning to go next year i will be having W2 for 2004 also...

----- they CAN ask the W-2 for the year you came and were in US on H1, why you were not paid???? let the employer explain
