study with h4 and coseqent prb in h1 getting

Hello:
im an h4 and i want 2 do diploma studies with that visais it possible,if so is there any consequent troubles in getting h1 visa after my studies :confused:

I do not see any problem with you studying while on H4. Your getting H1 is also not effected in any wrong way by those studies. Just remember you can't work before getting the H1.
 
thank u very much,is there any prob after getting my h1,if i dint get any job with in six months,i mean is there any prob when i go foranother visa stamping

To get a H1 visa you have to have BS University degree in related field, diploma is not sufficeint.
