Looks like VSC has only moved a week to 5/8/02 for EB1-OR category.

So, for every two weeks, if they advance a week, very soon, message might say: "we don't know how long this would take, but if we feel like processing your case, we'll let you know ..."
 
its400days for the EB1-OR and no word???any approvals?
I have a question,how do they process the concurent cases?anyone got approval fast withconcurrent file? after long waitfor 140, I applied for 485 indec.

To make you guys feel better - my EB1-OR (VSC) case was approved on June 13, 2003. It has a RD of Feb. 21 2002. No RFE. Looks like EB1 cases are being finally reviewed at VSC. So comrades just hang in there.

Trickling good news

Finally some good news for EB1(OR).
A friend of mine got her I-140 approved on June 18th of 2003.

In any case it was outstandingly slow.
 
I called the BCIS 800 # today, and the lady told me that E11 and E12 I-140 cases at VSC are taking 54 months to process!!!!

I hope they are tossing out this ridiculous number to stop our calls. The alternative is that they do not want to process our cases. For my part, after 13 months of waiting I am giving up all hopes of US immigration, and will prepare for moving out of this country after my 6 year H-1 visa period.
