Sponsoring my parents and my sister

I would like to sponsor my parents and my sister. Can someone advise me if there is a thread/sticky-post that can guide me on this?

You must be a US citizen age 21 or over to file for them. You file an I-130 for each of them. Mom and dad's together and sister is seperate. Parents are immediate relatives and get a visa faster. Sister is 4th preference and will take a decade to get a visa. Start with that, it will take a few months just for the I-130's to be processed for parents. The sister's petition may just get stuck on a shelf and ignored for a bit longer.

And if I file I-130 for my sister, does it negatively impact her ability to apply for a visitor's visa?
Generally, yes.
