Someone please explain I-485

Me and my wife applied for green card together based on one year of asylum (2 separate applications but in the same time)
I was the main applicant on asylum cases.
Few days ago her status changed to Request for additional evidence was sent. However nothing changed on my application since Fingerprints attached. BTW medical is still valid for her and me.
What does that mean? Someone got same experience?

Just wait for the RFE to show up in your mailbox. You will have an idea of what it means at that point.
