Social Security Status

Hello,

I have a Social Security Card with "Not Valid for employment" this was issue from 15 years ago, i was in the US many times always in transit and for a few days, now i renewed my visa again, this time for 10 years B1/B2 Multiples entries, my question is: Is possible after 15 years request for consider a change status, with a valid employment permit temporary? or tha status is possible request the driver license?

PER NEW LAW , YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE ANY Social Security Number at all with B status

I want know if with this SS can i have the opportunity for request a temporary employment or issue the driver license after 15 years with this SS card?
