Hi all.
I have a quick question. I went to a Local SS Office last week to apply for an unrestricted SS Card and I ended up receiving a restricted one ( that I already possessed ). So, I went to the office earlier today trying to explain my situation. She first asked me why I wanted some other one. After holding a conversation with her manager, she returned to tell me that I need to be a U.S. Citizen to have an unrestricted SS Card.
How do I go about this? Please note that the I-797 that my father received that verified that my case has been approved doesn't have a I-94 number. Maybe they need an I-94 number to verify my approval?
