So Guys...Any recent EAD/AP Approvals!??

LUD Changed

My LUD Changed today 1/10/07...
I applied 11/2/06......Current EAD Expired 12/19/2006.....hopefully it should approve without any RFE......

At times, the online status is weird and even for my AP, the direct message was card has been manufactured whereas for my EAD and previous AP's, it was different.

Did u apply your EAD at NSC? Did u apply AP as well? Is it paper filing? Did u file any expediation request?
 
IT IS APPROVED AT 11.30am (got EMAILS)

Thank god ....It is approved today.Current ead expired 12/19/2006.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 11, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I e-flied my ead on oct-12-2006. I had done my Biometrics on 02-nov-2006.I had a reference for my photographs and resend it and they recieve it on dec-27-2006. My EAD is going to expire it on 16-jan-2006. So I was in hurry and my 90 days over on 10-jan-2006.So I take an infopass appt at Dover INS office for interium EAD. Lady INS office told me my 90 days period was not over as clock start again when I replied for REF.So I have to wait until another 90 days from dec 27 2006.(She says it usually take 30 days).

So as next step , I talk and Immigration specialist of my company.They called Delaware senetor's offce on 10-jan-2007 around 1:00 PM. Today by 4:00 PM, I got a mail from my USCIS that approval notice was sent.



Anybody who has emergency situation, Call your Sentor's office. They will help you lot.You will have somebody in their office just to take immigration issues.Also every USCIS centers will have special units just to process senetors office calls.

131 approved today 01/11. EFiled on Dec 15, 2006 @ TSC. Only for spouse though. Mine is still pending, but has todays LUD. Got 11 emails. Thank god for gmail!
 
Status after Card Production Ordered?

Anyone here whose LUD/Status changed from Card production ordered to Approved (or anything next)?
If so, in how many days did the LUD change?
In how many days did you receive the card?

I applied for EAD extension on 10/04/2006. Old one expired on 01/04/2007. LUD changed to 01/11/2007 with

Current Status: Card production ordered.
On January 11, 2007, we ordered production of your new card.
I am not sure if my employer accepts this as there are no validity dates mentioned. Yet to hear from him.

My first one took about 3 -4 days, but for the second one, i received it by mail one day after i got approval message email, i thougt it was by FedEx or something, of course not, it was just first class mail, who knows how come that fast.

BTW, i went to local office today for my 3rd EAD renewal (waiting for almost 70 days, and i plan to travel, so i would like to get it before i leave). i was told that if i don't receive the card one week before the 90th day, i can go to the local office again, then they will send an email to NSC to request them to issue an interim card to me...the good info i got from the local office today was that my security check has been cleared, they told me this when i asked about my fingerprints, which will expire in a month or so...they said once security check is clear, they can send me a new fingerprint notice otherwise they can not...the local office said that i should receive a new fingerprint notice soon..this is my story, share with you guys.

EAD Renewal Please help

I E-filed my 2nd EAD renewal on 21st Nov 2006 at NSC.

Finger printing and photos done on 6th Dec 2006.

LUD is 29th Nov 2006


My current EAD expires on 26th Jan 2007. It looks like I wont get my renewal in time. I have a wife and a new born to support. What are my options here?

Do you think I can expedite my case with INS. I doubt that they will consider it since I didnt apply 90 days in advance

Do you think contacting local senator office will help?


Any help/suggestions apperciated.

AP Filing for my wife - Where to mail???

Hi Gurus,

My Attorney filed I-485 for me and my family and not sure where filed but We have received Notice of Receipts where in NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER.

My wife needs to travel to India in about a couple of months time. Can she travel on H4 visa ( stamped in passport - expires in dec 2008)? Or once I-485 is filed, she can travel on AP only?

If she has to file AP, where the application is to be mailed? I-131 application is confusing on mailing address. Should we mail to Chicago or as mentioned in I-485 NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER?

Appreciate your guidance.

I filed myI485, I130, and EAD in Dec. I received all my receipts and did FP.January 15 I got a request for more documents for my I 485, does that mean that my EAD will be pending until they get the info? Is it 90 days for EAD from the time they get the info for the I485?
Please let me know, I can't sleep.

Got approved in a Month from Vermont Service Center. I applied on 01/18/07
approved on 02/12/07. Finger prints given on 02/08/07. Applied on-line.

EB3 category from India.

my filing date is pretty much the same as yours and I too had an RFE for my 485. The EAD processing is not supposed to be affected by the RFE for 485. most people who got rfes on 485 still received their EAD by around day 75, so by calculations, EAD for both of use should be around end of Feb> early Mar. The rfe may cause a delay in the 485 meaning your interview notice may come a month later than expected. you probably will get an email from USCIS when your evidence is received and the message will say 'processing resumed.' keep us posted-there is also a late december filing thread where we update progress for dec. filers.

I got the email 'processing resumed' on 2/12, and LUD on I485 on 2/13, but no LUD on the I 765 since 1/11. Can you send me a link to the Dec thread?
