Ovicity and Jayo2k,One thing i want u guys to know is that since the results is been onhold i strongly believe that GOD is on our side.The ex-22k will be happy by now cos it might be what they want indirectly.I know for that the case can never be ruled in the favor of the ex-22k.Mr white can only succeed in makin the results to be onhold in court thru the judge but cannot and not win the case.He cannot win the US Government in court because DOS also have there own rules and laws governorin DV programs after all the lottery is a free thing and nobody was ask to pay anythin.

Ovicity Mr white could just be lookin for a way to make money and he has this opporturnity thru the ex-22k.But i still believe the ex-22k still have a chance to be reselected again even though the random redraw had been done.

I agree. Any intelligent person can see Mr. White's true motives. He wants to get his name out there to boost business for hisself. Wow!, those people have so much faith in this man. The result on hold? Where did you get ur info. from? DOS website still says July 15, and the lawsuit has not even been approved yet as a class action lawsuit yet! You know these class-action lawsuit takes 2-4 years to be concluded? How can they hold the results till then? Unless they just have to cancel everything about DV2012!
I was an ex winner.. why in hell would i want the whole thing being voided?

true talk... if the lawsuit is passed, then it's best for the non selectees to have the former selectees to regain the chance for the visa to end the whole thing & precess as normal... what if thoses 36 plaintif do not win on july 15... they won't shut up thus screwing the whole DV 2012... imagine that senario :

Congress will not cancel Diversity Visa Program even if they wont be this year, not next year and certainly not the next three years. Why? LAWS are passed in the U.S by Bicameralism and presentment. With both houses sharply divided on the issue of immigration it will be very hard to satisfy the "bicameralsim" and even if the bill is able to pass at congress with the President in support of immigration, he can use his VETO POWERS. In class action law suit you dont need all the members. Even one member is okay to suit for a class action. The person just have to show that he can represent the passive class members interest and there is a common question of law and facts.
Frankly, we will all lose if an injunction is placed on the Dv which is most likely to be. Bceause then, we spend another months waiting in anxiety to find out if we were selected or not. What all those who were not selected going to lose if the 22K winners are reinstated--NOTHING. They may say it was not fair to them but really thats why the Dos is still redrawing to satisfy those who did not win.
I will admonish all of us, instead of wishing the downfall of the 22k winners, we should rather wish that everyone's interest is protected. My family did not win so I am hoping a new draw will be done in July. Thats why I want Dos and the 22k winners to settle this case quickly for all of us to move from this problem.

Do nu know the number of immigrant layers they hav in US without jobs? This man is very selfish and selfcentered. Well, not to worry guyz, the result will definately be released by July 15, whether Mr. White likes it or not. He cannot change the decision of the DOS simply because of some 36 funny US citizens.

The point is that we have a divided house. Everyone, including the DV2012 22,000 knows the real fact & truth. But all is trying to protect his or her own interest. Am on the side of the DOS cos i was not favoured as an initial winner. Initial winner will be on Mr. White side. So this will result to a blind argument.
So saying things according to our diversify views wont influence/change DOS decision. July 15th is d right solution.
