DOS is a protocol department that can’t just compromise their stand because of a few ALIEN. If DV2012 22,000 proves with the best statistician that the DV2012 results is random, the DOS CAN still prove its not random because DOS have their own RULES for the term random and a participant cant set the rules for the organisers.
So to Mr. White and Dv2012 2,000(those actively involve), i say keep fooling around. US is a law abiding country & they don’t easily compromise their stand especially on immigration matters.
It’s a free lotto, no initial money commitment or contractual agreement entered by DV2012 22k that will make the DOS FULLY responsible for their actions.
DOS have their own set rules (strictly random process) etc...so i don’t think a court has the audacity to order the DOS to re-instate the DV2012 22k (ALIENS ISSUE FOR THAT MATTER).
They can only sue DOS for mis-information, mis-representation which led to financial loss etc and what DOS only need is a PUBLIC APOLOGY to DV 2012 22,000 (which has already been done on dvlottery.state.gov website) or at most a financial compensation for those that can prove substantial monetary loss within the two weeks of this fiasco.
Count dv 2012 22k emotion out of this. The emotion they felt now can’t be so devastating like if they are denied visa after interview. So they can’t be re-instated based on emotion. I think those denied visa after interview can even sue the DOS for monetary loss after so much commitment like house sold, visa fees wasted & not to be refundedetc.....DV 22,000 r just kiddin themselves....lol...
So to DV 2012 22k, i say pray hard 2 b re-selected rather than foolin up & down..I believe in this wisdom word that someone destiny can never be change. How we’ll live our live(s) in the next twenty years, d script is already in the hands of God b4 we r born.
So if all of DV2012 22k is destined to win, no matter d re-draw u’ll still be victorious.

Mr white the ex-22k winners attorney needs to understand that there is no way the ex-22k would get there GC through lawsuit.I mean the lottery is a free thing nobody pay anything to apply it is an administrative thing and DOS also have there rules and laws abide to the lottery if Mr white doesn't know.
the lawsuit has only 36 names on it... class action lawsuit my A$$... He just want to have his name mentioned that's all... he is not doing that for the 22k bbut for his own publicity because he knows the lawsuit is a lost cause... he is asking the 22k to donate through paypal...

This ex-22k winners are very stubborn people. U think Mr. White would work for them for free, HELL NO. It is very clear that the DOS had concluded with their decision concerning the Lottery. Instead of this guyz to start praying for the next draw, they are busy waisting time. I think sometimes, it is better u live people to learn the hard side of life. They are still sleeping i guess, and i feel very very sorry for them.

Well, since they have succeeded in putting it onhold, i pray their plans fail. U cannot fight the US Govt with this ridiculous idea. We are talking about the Department of States. Who gave the Judge appointment?. Oh yes , Mr. white succeeded in filling the case for a proceeding, but mind u, it is not those who starts a fight will end up winning. The Judge will never rule this case infavour if this guyz, or else they will be talking about meeting with the Supreme court. This guyz are not Citizens yet and i really pity them, cos even if they are giving the lottery, what about going for their interview? Will they sue the US Govt again for denying them the visa?. They have all put themselves in a watch list and they will certainly be ask to live the US by the time they loose the case. The US Govt will hunt them till they live that country.

In class action law suit you dont need all the members. Even one member is okay to suit for a class action. The person just have to show that he can represent the passive class members interest and there is a common question of law and facts.
Frankly, we will all lose if an injunction is placed on the Dv which is most likely to be. Bceause then, we spend another months waiting in anxiety to find out if we were selected or not. What all those who were not selected going to lose if the 22K winners are reinstated--NOTHING. They may say it was not fair to them but really thats why the Dos is still redrawing to satisfy those who did not win.
