Normally based on processing times one should get approvals in order ie. AP, EAD, FP then AOS but they need not follow that perticular order. It is possible that one may get AOS but by then their AP, EAD is not approved yet!

Now a days FPs are sent based where they live and under which ASC they come under, and some ASC are too busy (like San Jose) and some are very fast like SFO etc. So one may get FP very fast and if they are lucky then yes, they may get approval with in a month after doing FP.

Is the AVM updated when FP is sent? My infor included for PCee

I have changed my residence and I gather from previous experiences
that inspite of informing INS about the change of address, it is not
certain that mail is sent to the new address.

Is AVM updated when fingerprint is sent or does the lawyer get a
copy of the information.

FP scheduled for 12/22/01 at el cajon, plan to do earlier

wow!

September mailers seem to be getting FPs now!
That\'s cool! my ND is 10/01/01....may be I will get my FP too!...
..but then, I am from San Jose... :-(
...wonder when I will get my FP!

(from what I learnt, San Jose FP waiters seem to be getting FPs very late compared to waiters from other areas)
