why someone (waitfori140) said VSC will process up to Sep 4? Is it coincidence with last year\'s freeze date, which is Sep 5?
Does anyone know

Who knows?!! I hope that there will not be any kind of freeze like last year. The situation this year is a bit different, don\'t you think? They cannot be as busy as they were last year (less H1-Bs, less of everything!).
Any other opinion??
 
and yes less of I-140\'s also...

One thing is true that INS cannot be as busy as it was last year but as we all know they have tons of excuses specially after 911....

Which category you are?(EB2 or EB3). Have your lawyer gave all the documents like experience cert., Educaton Eval.,paystubs, W2k etc. etc.. with the application?

Lawyer send exp letters,paystubs,w2\'s.Also company\'s tax return.
I could see many REF\'s for companys tax return.
He didnt send Education Eval.
