Does anyone know at what point WAC05xxx5xxxx will convert into WAC060015xxxx? In other words, how many working days were there in 2005?

My application was sent in sept but the RD/cheques encashed date is 4th october. Hence my WAC is WAC060045xxxx.

Also besides JANHK, has anyone else received NIW aprrovals without RFE?

WAC060015xxxx Refers to October 1st 2005 [FY 2006] cases. You should look at ND, not RD.
Verifying the check cashing etc is just one of the approaches to track your application once it is
mailed out to USCIS.

I know that WAC060015xxxx refers to October 1st 2005 [FY 2006] cases. I was just wondering at what point does FY2005 end. I know it ends on Sept 30th 2005. But I dont know in terms of WAC numbers. That was my question.

Also, any idea regarding why case status on USCIS website is not updated. For my 765, I got the EAD in December. But the online status still shows

-- Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on October 4, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 75 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. --

Same is the case for I140. So I dont know if there have been any LUDs.

Is there something special that you have to do so that USCIS shows the actual case status?

Good job. This is really good info.

I think somebody asked this before as well. Are you getting this info directly from USCIS wesite by running some sort of scanner? Can you list the last four digits as well so that people can match with their numbers. Do you see any problem with that?

Remember, this is the "published date" that can be used while making an
inquiry etc. The service centers may be processing later cases.

Sept WAC sequence

I think 30th Sept is around WAC05258 or thereabouts.

So they are apparently processing cases in the range of 9/10 to 9/28 for the past few days.
