Hi All,
My I-485 was filed in Sep 2003.

EAD Received Dec 2003

Any others who are anxiously awaiting further news? Like FP, etc?

My I-485 RD is Sep 28, 2003. I am EAC-03-264-XXXXX. Still haven't received FP notice.

But the "Last Updated" date updated to today's date online for my I-485 case though the message is not changed.
 
EB2 - Case
I-140/485 et al ND 9/4/03

I-140 approved, NO FP yet. Status online hasn't changed from 09/09/03 on all cases.
 
485 filed after 140 approved

Filed 485 in sep 26th after 140 approval for me and my wife...I still use my Visa L1 for work and wife use EAD received on L2 visa so to maintain L status instead of Adjustment status..NO FP yet ...let hope to complete this stuff in a year from now

September 2003 FP notice received on 08/26/2004

EAD renewed & card received after 1 month of filing(July 04). Renewal for 1 year period.

Yesterday I got my first FP notice, got to go to NewArk in Oct 1st Week. Does this mean that my 485 process has started? How long does it take from here?


Any updates from any July/Aug/Sep guys?

I-140 Concurrent filed in July 03 and approved in Feb 04.

A quick question, incase someone misses the FP notice, eg, lost in the mail, etc.
How would the person know that the FP notice had been sent out?
Does the online case status get updated when the FP notice is sent out? How reliable is the online case status update?
