Seattle Regional DOL Tracker

In the tracker list next RD is 03/12/2004 (pdxbuysell), 02/17/04 just got certified on 08/23/04. Now we have wait for some time for any movement information
 
No...sorry...no update from me. Haven't heard from my lawyer and the DOL phone number for checking status seems to have stopped working the past3-4 days. Anyone have a new number?

I called 1-415-975-4617, and I was asked to give employer tax ID, after that I heard message: no case for this company. Is this correct?

Just to understand, is your case is in State level or federal level? This phone number is to check the status of the cases at federal level. If your case is federal you must have received a case number which looks like 09588xxx. If your case is in State level then there is no any phone number to check

Did you check you case through the Phone system, it is kind of surprising me o2/17/04 case got certified on 08/23/04 that is two week before. I would hope that you case would have certifed by this time.

Can you please check it again?

I just checked the phone system with some random case numbers, the last case that approved was 09578575 whose RD is FEB 20 2004. From that it looks like they are working on Feb 20 2004.

Hopefully Beaver's case would be get approved this week

I was checking the automated system 3 times a day after the Aug-23 in anticipation of my case approval. Till yesterday lunch time got the message that my case was received. In the evening it says certified on 30th aug. My lawyer is yet to get notification. Good luck and meet you guys in the next stage forum soon. regards
