I've emailed my attorney. She is in CA and has good contacts down there. Maybe she can shed some light on the situation.
 
Good News...I remember the case status was static at State Level for a long time during that time..Perhaps we will see a leap in the coming months :)
 
Update the Table Please

Hello everyone,

It is good finally after about three months it is moving. Hope the momentun keeps up..

What backlog reduction??

:mad: There is supposedly all this intiative and action by BCIS to "reduce backlog and come to current by end of 2005".. only on paper..
while most of us hear about state SESA centers are staffed with just one person (that too a contractor)!! to process Labor applications.

when if at all are the management in BCIS realise that they actually need to implement their rosy plans!!
it makes one wonder as to where is all the money allocated to backlog reduction is going !

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
 
BCIS (USCIS) does not provide plans (or not gonna do in future) to reduce the labor backlog.. it would be great if they could reduce their own backlog by end of 2005 !... Labor backlog is DOL's problem & lets see how well they do it by then ..

Labor back log

:confused:
so is it true that DOL is making an effort / plans to make and effort! to reduce the LC backlog by end of 2005 or is it just our(someone's) wishful thinking that led to these rumors floating around about this.
