San Jose FP waiters ( a new discussion group)

WAITING FOR FP; WAC :01-131

My ND : 3/15/01
EB2 - RIR
Waiting for FP. Live in Sunnyvale. Spouse (dependent) received, but not me. No Clues from INS or Attorney.
 
Wife\'s finger prints cleared & sent back to INS by FBI in 4 days. What next?

RD 2/22; ND 3/15. WAC 01-131. My Wife (dependent) got her FP done on 10/16. EAD & AP recd in 05/01. Called FBI and they said on 10/20 they sent the finger prints back to INS after clearing. What next? I have not recd even my FP notice (WAC # 01-131-). EAD & AP applied only few days back personally. EB2 RIR - Sunnyvale resident. Any body else, waiting for so loooooooooooooooooooooooong for FP notice? No change/update to AVM for myself and my wife since ND, though my wife\'s FPs are cleared by FBI and sent back to INS.
 
Will we get any FPs this year. its been a while since the last batch of FPs.. I think the last was f

we must forget it until jan 1st 2002

Let us give some rest to INS AVM system :)

similar experience no FP for spouse

I received FP notice (pricipal appicant) my wife (dependent) didn\'t receive FP notice. Spoke IIO/Attorney no clue.

I\'m hoping INS will continue to issue FP notice for big bunch of people in San Jose, we really deserve it now.
