Sorry to say, but there were no certified cases, when I checked last night and this morning.

me 2, at one point i was checking every 10 minutes, but i always so my post as the last post hee then when i finally saw urs i was like wow someone has some info , alas we are both crying in dispair >.

i am not going to check till 3pm hope someone has something till then.

i was tracking a case 09559350 4/7,i am not sure whose it is, it says it has been certified yesterday, can someone who has the database give us the update.

So the officer's job depends on the processing speed. The slower, the better for him/her. Ridiculous!

Thank a lot Raj.. Looks like some 031 and 032 cases were missed in between... Hope they will also get certified soon... Looks like they do more research on certain companies if it's a 031 and 032 cases.. Anyone, any other guess ????

Looks like this is the only thread which is alive.

Can anybody please tell me what is this RD?

I have one paper from SanFrancisco on which they have

given PD. After that I have received nothing.

My PD is April 2002 EB3

What could be the status of my case?

I called Dallas BRC but couldn't find any update on it.

Can somebody please help.....?

Skipped case

i am nervous why r they skipping cases
two of the cases in my comp 09559371 and 09559358 were skipped ?? is this normal ?

They skipped my case three weeks ago and my lawyer got the three-option letter 2 weeks ago. Right now, my employer is preparing to retest the market.
Can my employer modify the ad, the original was to general, and it didn't require any experience. Can we change it to require experience or something more specific. Anybody in a similar situation?
