It is always safe to file H-1 extension. One never knows.

Don't jinx it. Keep your fingers crossed, rub your tummy, clap your hands, knock on wood, do what you have to. Just hope that this is not an exception, but rather, 'normal' processing :)

I have done all the above ... but bear in mind that 'normal' is not a word we can associate with DOL as what is 'normal' this week may change completely next week or next month .... my fingers remain crossed nonetheless.

You are eligible to apply for concurrent

Say you apply during 1st April along with EAD,AP,& i485
By July 1st you are eligible to get your EAD after 90 days of reciept of I-485.
Allways you can apply during Aug 2005 for Extension inspite of your EAD's as backup

GP111, how many cases were in march and how many months did they take to complete ??

There ware 1419 cases in SF DOL with RD of March 2003. The first March case was processed on Sept 17, 2004.. you do the math !

It probably won't help to do the math because the structure at DOL has changed (ie. there are less people) so it won't be a fair estimate of future processing times ... not so gp111?

gp111, what was the total number of RIR cases in Sf Dol till dec 2004(the date they moved to bec)?

My case is non-rir category with pd of january 2003.
Any new approvals for non-rir category?
It seems that no one is posting for non-rir!!!

Anybody...Anyone with a non-rir application pending or has been approved!
Pls. post some information or somebody knowledgeable!!!
Pls. help me!!!! Im feeling out of place in here!!!
Im getting really frustrated and depressed about whats happening with our labor certification process...Im so down right now...Ive been waiting for + 3 yrs.=(

Because in my list i have all 095591xx series !!
Also i couldnot find the above cases in GP111's April excel list !! :confused:
 
Ask gp111 and/or mnhrdc. They are the immigration gurus on this thread...

095560 series has total 5 cases of which 4 are already certified.

But we can at least consider it somewhat of a benchmark. Of course, nothing can be said with DOL - even with more people it would have taken longer... :)

We can only hope for the best.

MY PD IS SEP 2001 :mad: .
REMANDED BACK TO SESA IN 2004 :eek: .

SO DON'T WORRY I AM SAILING THE SLOWEST BOAT. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK ANYTHING FROM BPC YET. SUPPOSEDLY ITS TRANSFERRED TO DALLAS AS PER THE ATTORNEY'S LAST CALL TO SACRAMENTO. SENT AN EMAIL TO DALLAS BUT HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

Hi Sakiv_us I got a post date of january 2003 non-rir
pending @ san francisco dol.
And as everybody knows the current priority date for non-rir category
is january 2003.
I will let you know first if it will get approved.
Im really losing hope on this it's not moving at all. :(

YOU WILL GET YOUR 45 Day Letter.. Just Hang On. Lots of people with similar PD/RD are still waiting. You can file a back up LC thru PERM if you want to
