missing cases

My case is 09559244 Recd 04Apr. voice mail says recieved
case# is missing from excel sheet.
GP111 any clue?

I found there are some descrepancies between the spreadsheet I have and the spreadsheet GP has attached.

Your case exists in my spreadsheet. But some how in my spreadsheet there are less cases than GP's spreadsheet.

On a different note, Any one knows what kind of NOFs are issued recently? Please share the details. Looks like Oracle LC's are being given NOF's, after the recent layoffs.

I would also like to know more about these, if anyone want to share? Are these 3 options letters or something else? What does future hold for these cases - remand to state and forward to BEC or rejections or something else?
 
It is been almost end of March :( i have still not received letter :mad:

There are approx. 100 cases on April 4th and 100 on 11th. So we will see April 4th for sometime...
 
Hi guys,
Thanks for answering my doubts..
March is my favourite.. Labor filed on March 2002 received in March 2005.

I'm already on 7thyr extension and my visa expires on Sep 30 2005.
Can I get the EAD before that or I have to go for another 1 yr H1B extension.

What about TR CA (NON-RIR) cases?

Hi experts,

Is there any way to find our the break down of TR CA (NON-RIR) cases pending at CA state (or cases send or scheduled to be sent to BEC Phily or Dallas)? Like the list I saw for Federal cases pending for April 2003.

My CA PD is Feb 2003 (NON-RIR), so far I haven't received 45 day letter.
