Hi Icarus,

you are right with only one exception(find below). we resolved the number issue. System reset it last 5 digit after it reaches its threshold(say 40000).

This certainly looks like a pattern.

The 45 day letter may not be immediately sent once entered into the system. Mine arrived only about a week back on Jan 27th.

1)What was your response to the 3 option letter??

My lawyer told me that they sent the recruiting records for the last six months. According to him it isn't necessary to actually advertise. If there were layoffs in the past but some recent recruitment has also been done, then it should be ok to show in the response. Worked in my case.

2)What is AVM saying

AVM appears to have been updated just yesterday. It says certified now. Actual certification happened more than a week ago!

3)What was our DOT code

DOT code: 072

New Priority Dates for EB3 is the awesome news!!.... My PD was 01/31/02... Now I can apply concurrent I40 & I484 with EB3...

There's still a long way to go even for all March 31 cases, right?
 
I just checked the AVM, it says my case certified. My lawyer hasn't got the letter yet. Hope it is true!

My re-test was filed in early Oct, 2004.

I guess, more than 50% of 3/31 have been done already, may be even more as the last AVM update date is 1/27.
