My lawyer didn't tell me exactly when he sent the reply. It was sometime in Sept. No response yet.

Looks like they dont know what they should be doing with those responses. The officers who sent out those 3 option letters are all gone. Hopefully they will get to them after the holidays.

The LC cases are downloaded from the flcdatacenter into an excel sheet. Then we call the AVM and enter the case numbers as per the RD.

Hi GP111 and others,

There is a big Gap in the approved LCs. Between the below two approvals there are 40 cases as per the flcdatacenter database. Do you think all the cases are issued with 3 options letter or Is there any other possible explaination?

9553270 12/13/2004
9553314 12/13/2004

waitinginlimbo, where have they gone? Do you mean layoff or something like that because of the BEC's? What is your source for this info?

I would assume that cases are picked up by case workers in bundles rather than serial wise. May be that guy was transferred to BEC.

Why i assume is that i have heard that large companies approvals/denial's have come in bunches.

Hi, my lawyer told me that if I have two LC pending with different priority date, when file I-140, my PD will be the one of the LC to be used.
This is different from what I get here, someone please help clarify.
Thanks!
