rsrgc - we got approved

Congratulations rsrgc...

My wife and I haven\'t been home for the last 2 weeks.... but will check whether we will get approval letters on the mail (we both update on our address changes 2 months ago...) this Friday as soon as we arrive. So far, AVM still stay on same old messages: "...processing resume...".

Ours are similar like yours: WAC-01-270-5xxxx

REALLY Hoping for approval letters one the mail....

Rfe details

I called IIO around april 1st and was told that I got rfe.
RFE recd by attorney on April 10th. We replied on April 11th. AVM said INS recd on April 16th and I recd approval in the mail on May 4th.
AVM has not been updated till date about our approval. Avm still says that rfe response recd on April 16 2002.
Today I have stamped passport for myself and wife and daughter.

RFE was for recent paystubs, W2 for 2000 and 2001 and
Federal tax return (1040) for 2000 and 2001.

rsrgc, this is Hellen Hu again

I am sure you still remember our case. my spouse called IIO and was told the case was assigned to officer on 4/28/02, can we trust the IIO on that? I remembered somebody saying IIO said it was assigned, and a couple days later another IIO said it was never assigned. And also, since my case was approved 2 months ago, my spouse is my dependent, can the officer tell my spouse\'s case is affilicated with mine and will also get approval? thanks.
