Reason for tax returns and what if one is not paid as per H1 labor petition?
I\'m curious to know what is the reason for INS to ask for 3 yrs of tax returns and what if I\'m not paid, lets say 50K, in that year as I lost one job and by the time got another one and pay stub from that comp my annual income might have been 30K. Are they going to ask again what is the reason for low income and give evidence of continues employment on H1? Any expert opinions will be highly appreciated.
