Hi, everyone! Today i reseived RFE. :D
My ND date and RD day is OCTOBER 2000 :)
They ask me to complete medical form (I-693) and BIO. I was treveling twice on RTD to Sypres and Italy.
Do i have to give them this info? If "yes", What should i give them: Visa? RTD?, Plane tisckets? Anybody Know? :(

Give them all the information they requested. It seems that they are going through the cases faster than we imagine!

They ask me to: 1 submit a completed medical examination form (I-693)
2 Submit "Supplimental form to I-693 (immunization)
3. Completed biografic info sheet (G-325 A)
I traveled twise on RTD. I read that some people in their RFE have got a requast for explanation of this trips. In My RFE they did not ask anything about my trips outside US ( I went to Sypres and last summer a have been in Italy for 2 monthes). Is it Strange??? :( Should i still give an explanation? I am confused. Anybody? :(

ashly25, I strongly suggest that you only provide what's in your request, and clearly your travel is not there, so there is no need to provide your RTDs I-94s etc at this point. If they ask for it later you can send it to them, but I don't think you should do it now. It's the rule of minimum with INS - only provide exactly what they ask for. If you send something extra, that might create confusion, delay of processing etc etc.

My 2cents.

Just submit what they asked for.NOTHIGN ELSE. IF they didnt ask u for your travel dates..dont worry about them...Make sure the cover letter is on top and MAKE A PHOTOCOPY OF EVERYTHING. Make sure to send with receipt notification.

Did you recieve your RFE Via regular mail? Any Email notification or Case status change online?

My RD and ND is Sept 2000. Nothing from them yet so far. :(. Hopefully soon.

Thanks

IF you check the status of your application by putting the LIN# ..does it give you the information that RFE was sent?....this is scary for some people..

Everyone who has a RD of 07/01 or before, write a letter to INS asking about your GC. You should do it as soon as possible. At least you would have some proof as to when they do reply....If they stop updating the website with case status(RFE sent etc)..No one would know if a RFE was lost...any opinion on this?

I cheked my case # by putting LIN # ....... Nothing there. It is only sanig
as ussual " We reseived your case on October 2000 ...bla-bla-bla and it takes 570-600 days to process. We will mail you our dessision"

It did not say that they send me RFE.

I agree it's a great idea to check for RFE status, and it's actually more important to make sure INS has your current address on file. On many occasions they have failed to update the address on file - from my own experience. The only way to know it for certain is apply for something like I-765 etc, that way they automatically enter your most recent address into their system.

Hey guys! My ND is Oct 11, 2000 and I am so excited to hear this news. But I have also recently moved to another state and promptly updated my address both with lincoln and london, KY. I was constantly under the impression that I am going to get some indication through an email. But now this scares me that neither ashly25's online status changed nor was she sent an email.. :(

well lincoln wrote me an acknowledgment letter that my address has been updated. Do I need to worry or what.. :(

Hi, my ND day is October 25,2000

I think you will get your RFE very soon! Good luck!

They have recently started doing that - sending confirmation of address change. I think you should be fine. I was referring to people who have had an address change may be a couple of years ago and have not moved since, INS was pretty messy back then and it would be a good idea to confirm the accuracy of your address on file (unless you have a written confirmation from NSC).

Whats the easiest way to contact BCIS? Phone..do they really refer your case or just give you info as on the web?..Anyone got responses through writing letters?

I do not understand that when you log into your CIS online account, what does the "Last Updated Date" indicates. Whenever I go into my account, it shows today's date. So I don't think that it means that somebody is tinkering with my application every day at Lincoln, but shows when somebody logs into my account. And that gets updated when I "myself" log into my account....

So there is nothing to be excited about it.. I guess. :(
