RFE Processing considering on going preadjudication

Considering on going preadjudication of the cases even though visa numbers are not available and case cannot be approved, approximately how long USCIS would take to complete any process to close RFE issued part of preadjustication?

Once RFE cloased in preadjustication, what are the chances of new RFE in future part of preadjustication before the visa number available?

Once responded to RFE, will the case status change back to "pending" or will it change according to progress in RFE process?, some thing like "received requested docs" and then to "pending" etc.

Is there a way from status message we can say the RFE process completed?

After responding to RFE case status changed to
"Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed."
