LX95,
I spoke to an IO today and she confirmed that my RFE has been mailed to my former attorney even though I filed G-28. I contacted my former attorney and he will be mailing it today.
Velu and LX95,
I received the RFE from my former attorney. It's about TB skin test. My earlier doc did a chest xray and sent in the results without a skin test. But USCIS is asking me to take a skin test with the same doctor. But my attorney said that the doctor need not be the same doctor who performed the tests earlier. Is this a correct interpretation? please help clarify the situation. Thanks many
Thanks Dallas03096...in fact I have a copy of the RFE in hand now..it gives the option of the same doctor or an alternative approved doctor...so that clears the mist...hope visa # is alloted for my case as the RFE is a simple one...keeping my fingers crossed..
Thanks for asking! Congressman's office told me on July 24 that the transfer back to TSC is indeed for card production and I have to wait some more time till I get my cardany progress on your case?
If I were you, I will call TSC every day using the POJ technique and pester them until you find a nice IO who will answer your question. what does your congressman say? good luck
Anand,
You should be fine with your RFE. Still I do not anything about RFE.
POJ Technique always leads me to Customer Service Rep and not to IO. While raising Service Request, the CSR asked for my phone number. Do not know whether CSRs have added my phone number to the no-call list for IO. Have raised 3 Service Requests one (for each in the family ) for each week in the last 3 weeks!
Still no official communication from USCIS regarding the approvals
sorry i didn't mention...i was in boston when I took the initial tests but now I've relocated to dallas. I don't want to go to boston just for this if there is an alternative option..hence my original question about available options..tx

Dont worry abt the document returned undelivered message if this was around the same time you recd your FP notices and went for FP (I see from your signatures that you both gave FPs in May). I got the same message on May 17 - I gave my FP on May 5. Later when I had a chat with my atty he said he informed USCIS atleast 20 times abt his change of address and asked me not to worry abt the undelivered email as that might be for the FP copy that is sent to him. Still I called USCIS and asked them what is going on, they had no clue and escalated my case to I believe an IO (not sure). He gave me a fax number and asked me to fax the email I got and a copy of my 485 receipt notice. Here is the interesting story (I typed the fax number into notepad on my computer - my daughter came and shut down the computer - so I lost the fax number), I worried about it for a couple of days and forgot all abt it - I got approved last month. So I see no reason for you guys to worry abt the mail returned email.
Also, I got the same message a week after my 485 was approved (I thought this could be the copy of approval notice sent to Atty).
I hope this will boost your morale.
my 2 Cents.
