485 Pending working with a different employer!

Hi All,

Please help me with your suggestions or comments:
Here is my story:
Working with employer A
GC filed for future employment with Employer B
I-485 RD - JUL9,2003
Waiting for FP
I-140 AD - MAR,2004

1.Now working with both employers. Can I stop working with employer B now...and still there would be no problem at the time of 485 approval and Passport stamping?

2. If for any reason I get an RFE in the future on 485 at that time can I use AC21 and transfer to a different employer - EMPLOYER C?
Because employer A is not cooperative in giving the EVL and stuff to suit my labour........

I would appreciate any suggestions or comments from all of you.........Thanks
