RFE on 485- Cases approved, please post ur experiences

[hi, EAC03125, my FP is May 2004, so it should be good. My medical is April,2003 tho, is it expired?

As I know, Medical doesn't get expired. But FP does! What a nonsence!!!

Dengdeng's theory is that you will get approval after one month of RFE. I don't know where it came from. INS got our RFE on Aug 10th. It's been almost one month. But our FP expired on Aug 22nd.

It is my day! Thanks God! Received the email saying my I-485 is approved. DengDeng theory rocks :D

I think DengDeng comes from chinese phrase meaning wait a little while, or hold on .... Once you reply a RFE, your case should be approved within a month or so. There is nothing you can do about it, just an observation, I think ....

I140 - Aprroved - 16-SEP-03
I485 - RFE Received(By INS ) - 18-AUG-04
(About Medicals)
LUD 19-AUG
AD - 10-SEP-04

GURU's what is I693 . i am really curious to know.Could you please shed some light on me.... : :(
 
Gorilla,
I-693 is the Medical Examination form that you get from your doctor (in a sealed envelope) which you submit along with your I-485 application.
 
Thanks much for your help 'MBMseekingGC' . I haven't received my RFE at, got an email from USCIS on friday that i got on RFE, that is why i am searcing all possible RFE's. God should save me now for minimal RFE. :(

'LiveAndLetLive' i haven't get my RFE yet, still waitng for it. i got an email from USCIS on last friday may be i need to wait till thursday to see what it is, i am really so curious to know. :confused: .
 
w2 & rfe

Hey sorry to interrupt, but when you mention about w2/tax return, please mention how many years of tax returns did they ask... also explain about rfe little more if you can...

Reason being, I have my 2002 tax returns very poor.. and I am scheduled for FP1 on Nov 22nd, that means I will be having my 2003 and 2004 tax returns by the time they start processing my file, in that case do you guys think that anybody can get 3yrs tax returns request?????

Possible RFE's (Request For Evidence) for I-485

1) Employment Letter
2) Employment Letter, Paystubs (past 1-6 months), W2 (past 2-3 years), Tax Returns (past 2-3 years)
3) Medical (I-693??)
4) Biometric Information (Name, Address, Employment Letter, etc)
5) Birth Certificate
6) 245(i)/245(k) - Prove 'in-status' throughout GC process

Did I miss anything?
