Shankar Dada, did you try contacting ur local senator? In my case that helped a lot.
 
Ref Date Dec 6th respond receieved by INs dec 15th 05 not heard yet about AD..

Have any idea what should I do.

congrats.i contacted my local senator but every time they are giving same reply. due to some reasons i have to wait for 9 months.

RFE Received by INS 15th Dec and still waiting for approval or any response

Ref respond to INS On Dec 15th 2004 and still looking for approval .
any idea approximately how long will it take for me get any response from INS..
thanks in advance please help i am going crazy by looking at the site every minute of the day what is going to happen to my case.
 
what is PD please explain so I can tell you what it is.

Well if you are employee based EB3 applicant and you belong to countries like India / China / Philippines, the current PD is April 1 02. If your PD (which should be printed on your 140 approval , if not it is the date DOL received your Labor certification)
 
I don't know unless I call my attorney who keeps all the document I will post it

As soon as I get the info I will post it may be next week .thanks for information and I appreciate it.

March 1999 EB3 ..can you believe this I asked the attorney ..

She Told me me MY PD DATE is EB3 March 1999..
I need prayers to get approval it has been so long I have hard time breathing,..

My worry is what else they want from me now..
I am worried what kind of more info they want .
I or attorney both not receieved any thing so far
any one had 2 inqueries one after the other.

i Receieved the letter saying my case is pending they will send a decision in 60days.

:( the Attorney told me that they might ask me for pay stubs .. in next inquery..
well I hoping for approval and not for inquery.. so lets see.

No LUD changed after 11/23/2004 suddenly on Apr 25th morning 7:45 AM, case was apprvd
