RFE - Clarifications

Hi All

I-485 March 2003
FP1 in Jan 2004
FP2 in Mar 2004

Request for more info - Online Case status update - 09/13

I have some basic questions and require your inputs

1.) Who all will get the letter with RFE?
2.) I have recently changed my address, does it get directed to new address?
3.) Does the receiver depends on type of RFE, like Empoyement verfication for Employer, Attorney and Birth Certificate to Applicant?
4.) What does LUD stand for?
5.) What is the general process for various RFE know as of today

Just want o know how long does it take to receive RFE and what is the process once RFE is replied?
 
for me it took about a week to receive the mail. Once RFE is replied, it is all in USCIS's hands. I am not sure how they process it

By God's grace, we all (I , wife and son) are FREE !!

I just saw the case status. We all got approved together yesterday Sep 15 , per USCIS status mail.

My sincere thanks to all on this forum and Best wishes to all that are still waiting !!

where RFE goes?

Friends,

on-line message changed. RFE mailed out on 09/17. I moved from NSC to Vermont center and I did not update address while I filed AR-11. My second fingerprint went to my new address. Do you know where the RFE will go, my lawer, my old address, or my new address?

Recd. e-mail saying RFE issued.

Just received an e-mail saying RFE was issued on 9/21/04. Added my info the spreadsheet.
