I thought they sent RFE on case ready for adjudication. Now they've received our RFE, what are they waiting for?

USCIS morons !!! It looks like they themselves dont know what they are doing. They changed the process so many times to improve the baclog processing but to absolutely no avail.

Why dont they just sit down tight, think through the whole process and then come out with a solution that REALLY WORKS !! rather than spewing out modifications & memos with a knee jerk mentality that just further complicates and delays things..
 
I have been a silient visitor for a long time. Finally 485 has been approved for me and my spouse.

RD: 10-15-02
RFE: 8-13-04 (missing MMR immunizations shots for me and my wife)
RFE received by USCIS: 9-07-04
AD: 09-14-04 (status changed online) :)

I've been a silent visitor to this forum for over three years now.
Here's my info. Most of them I don't remember.

RFE Received: 8/27/04
Only one LUD change since then, it's on 9/1/04

Finally approved

My and my wife's cases were approved on 09/15/04, one week after I submitted my RFE response. Checked last night, it's still the old message, but chaged to approval this morning.

Request for more info - Online Case status update - 09/13

I have some basic questions and require your inputs

1.) Who all will get the letter with RFE?
2.) I have recently changed my address, does it get directed to new address?
3.) Does the receiver depends on type of RFE, like Empoyement verfication for Employer, Attorney and Birth Certificate to Applicant?
4.) What does LUD stand for?
5.) What is the general process for various RFE know as of today
