Yesterday I landed in LA on advance parole after
a weeklong trip in Europe. First there was no secondary
as is the case in other POE, second the INS moron(sorry
to use this terminology, but this seems the most suitable
adjective here) that handled my case used only
1 copy of the AP, even though I told the bugger to
be consistent with last 2 entries on AP, stamp the second
copy too. The bugger says " I dont care" when I asked
this chute to be consistent with last 2 times. Then I asked
when INS is going to be deciding on this case(Even though
I knew this bugger wouldn't know). Answer
was that it is only 1 year old, so it is not too bad.
BTW my case is April 2003, so you could only imagine how
hopeful I am after seeing Jan 02 cases still waiting for
RFE.

- Used AP 10 times
- Renewed AP and EAD 3 times
- Changed 2 companies after 180 days of ND of I-485
During last 26 months, I had offers from biggest software houses(which I can only dream like GC) , but could not join them as offers having little different Job-titles and job-responsibilities.
