None of the cases that have received RFE yesterday was resumed recently, while a big number of January cases were refingerprinted since December 2003. Maybe the delay is due to some fingerprint analysis issues.

My RD is 01/17/02 and ND is 01/22/02. Message says 2nd FP results were received on 01/15/04 and processing has resumed. No RFE so far.

So close yet so far away!!

i know at least one person who received a RFE and never received a 2nd FP request even though his 1st FP is expired. This person filed for I485 in dec 01.

so though i see a disturbing pattern in kashmir;s message but am i am not overly alarmed. maybe they plan to send RFE's to 02;s without needing to do a 2nd FP.
