Requirements to transfer from H4 to H1

Hello,

Does anyone aware of all the requirements from H4 visa to H1 visa? By requirements I mean what forms, what certificates are required to transfer from H4 to H1

5) All expereince related documents(Appointment Letter,Experience Letter, ID Card, Visiting Card, Paystubs....)

Does H4 visa holder needs to be in US for atleast 6 months before she apply for H1 transfer. Or can she apply for transfer right away after she enter in to US.

I thought H4->H1 was not transfer. It's brand new application, isn't it ?

You can change the status from H4 to H1 ( H1 is new and come under quota)
the same day you arrives in US.
 
I want to transfer visa from h4 to h1. We can do this through consultant who help us in this process. Does anyone knows any good consultant? Is thr anyother way to do this?
