Got same reply, but approved same day

I also got similar reply from Mr. Bueno on 2/15/06. My case was approved on the same day.
I hope you will also receive good news.

Are you talking about your application?. It seems like you got your I-485 approval last year on July 06 2005. Or is it that you are playing with people's hope.
 
Actually USCIS played with me. They approved my case in July, and later they informed me that it was a mistake. My FBI name check was pending from Nov'04 to Jan'06. Finally FBI name check was cleared by January end, so they approved my case.

I am sorry. After July I stopped checking about my case, so I never posted any followup. This is a great forum.

I am not holding my breath for this slight change of msg. But if good news comes, it comes. Just want to share the information I got.

Following up on the thread:
1) Mr. Williams or M. Bueno is still actively working on replying the email enquires, which is good for us.

2) shahramt, did you have the same msg? Any following up or after that you are still pending on Name Check?

I sent an email yesterday asking for the status of my namecheck but have not received any response yet. will let you know when I get it

How did you learn about your FBI name check clearance. From FBI, Congressman or USCIS?. Do you know how long it took for results to reach USCIS from FBI?.

Please allow at least 30 days for this process

Hi All,

I enquired 'CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov' about my I-485 and name check status.

But I got a diiffrent message from 'Adjudications Officer' saying that:

'This case is currently under review with an officer. Please allow at least
30 days for this process. Notification about this case may be sent within this
period. '

What this means any luck. Did anyone got the same message.

wow! U r giving me hopes now.... I am EB3 INDIA and my PD is April 2001.

In my case however the reply I got was that once the VISAS will be available my case will be adjudicated.

When did you get this message. I got my message just now. One month back I got the message saying that 'No Visa Numbers' available.

I got this message on Jan 30th:

Your case cannot resume processing at this time because according to the
Dept.
of State's visa bulletin,a visa is not currently available to you. We will
continue to monitor the visa bulletin on a monthly basis and will complete
the adjudication of your case when a visa becomes available.

I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 10/27/2004,02/14/2005, 01/10/2006 (email enquiry for satus and message reply PD is not current).
 
If they are indeed considering Nov 2001 applications then it looks like they don't have many pending applications prior to that and that may translate to EB3-India priority date moving to atleast Jan 2002 in April Visa Bulletin.

I hope this is true since I am April 2001. I have waited long enough now...
 
Well, guess what? The sweet emails arrived this afternoon. Both mine and my wife's 485 are approved. The msg is the standard approval email stating the card is ordered and on its way.

The change of the tone in email does imply something happening.

My info is :

EB-2
PD 3/2002
I-140/485 11/04/04 ( about that time )

I-140 is approved in April, 2005
