Recent Biometrics Notices

My wife and my daughter traveled and I didn't. Me and my wife received FP (code 1), but not my daughter.
 
we have changed address online on April 21, 2007 for me, spouse and son. Then on may 10,2007 me and my spouse gave FP. On May 19, 2007 LUD has changed and our PD is not current.

Do you think this LUD simething to do with FP? We have not received address change confirmation yet. My case is at TSC.

Any guess what is going on??
If I call USCIS tomorrow, do they tell me why 485 file being touched? Please help me?

My Case is the opposite, My PD will be current on June 1st, have done the FP again but since then no LUD changes.
 
None of the folks whose PD is not current have seen LUDs on their 2nd FP (Code 1), with only exception of baby_mde. I think he got the LUDs just because he filed an AR11 request couple of days ago.

I don't think so, because I have filled AR-11 and address change on-line for all my family including me, my spouse and my son, and these is no LUD change on my son’s 485.

Do you think, this a RFE or something? I want to call USCIS, what are the options that I should choose when I call USCSI to reach right USCIS representative?
 
I haven't recieved any FP notice for 485 and I'll be current on June 1st, but I've been applying for my EAD regularly and giving biometrics for that same. Will it be considered for 485. If not then i guess I should start worrying :(

If it's an RFE the status message would change to RFE message. It is possible that they looked at your case for Preadjudication and you might get approved on June 1st :) :)

No kidding?? my PD will not become current in June 1st. Is TSC doing Preadjudication? I heard that only NSC is doing Preadjudication.

If VSC/TSC is not doing preadjudication how are they going to meet processing date 2006 october on June 1st? are they going to back date ? Its not making any sense.
I saw someone's posting about LUD after finger print, since he didn't notice any LUD after finger print he called srvice centre and they found his record is updated with new finger print result in different system. So what I belive is after transfer VSC to TSC they still maintaine two different system and they are not in sync. My change of address is updated in local office and still I don't have an LUD.
Hope for the best and wait ....
 
Immediately after the second FP[Code 3], I have LUDs for 2 days. Priority date is not current.

Thanks for the info nivasch.

Friends,lets have a record of all those whose PD is becoming current on June 1st, have done a recent FP and have/do not have any LUD movements.

As there is no guarantee of the dates remaining current and not retrogressing again, i am just trying to be pro-active and see if (at all) there is a Pattern/connection with RFE/Security Check issue's.

Today I was LUD change but no change in the msg. I did my 2nd FP on May 4th.

did you call USCIS before thiws LUD happened ?
My PD is May 2001, did Fp3 on May3rd no LUD yet.
 
I did call USCIS to check the status. Rep said usual things, "that your case should have been approved long time ago and he doesn't know anything else", but suggested to go talk to an immigration officer in local office, using infopass appointment which I did and it's is scheduled to be on May 29th. I don't know what am I going to do with it though. I just want to know if there is anything else is pending like security checks, etc. and I think that's what I'll ask about.
 
After infopass appointment, I found out that, my security clearance (all types) is done in 2006, and my case is just waiting for visa number availability. I hope that comes true come June 1st.
 
I also have taken an Info Pass appointment for June 8. Called USCIS regarding current status on May 12. First time called, found a lady asking someone from my firm (like my manager) to speak with since I am not a petitioner for I485, just a beneficiary. Told her my manager is not available.

Called second time in a few minutes, found different lady. She did not know much other than on-line message. Created Service request on May 12. Have not got any answer from USCIS yet.

PD: 10/2002, EB3 - India
I140 / 485 concur - Filed Aug/2004
I140 - Approved 04/2005
I485 - 4th EAD approved 05/22/2007 , 4th AP - approval ?
Recent second finger print code1 - 03/2007. No LUD on 485 so far. LUD is as of 09/2006 when an RFE was received.
