Received BEC 45-day letter on SF DOL cases

Hi,

My case was filed with CA DOL and has following details
Category- RIR
PD- 05-29-2001
RD- April 2003 (Received by CA DOL)

The DOL website shows that they are currently processing March 2003 for RIR for CA at San Francisco which means my case should be current very soon. I am concerned that it might have been transferred to a BEC and will be further delayed.

Has anyone who has similar dates received an approval recently or a 45-Day Letter?

You case must be in SF DOL.. Only Cases with RD May 01,2003 has been transferred to BEC

Thanks gp111 ... have you heard what cases are current at the moment ie. if there are any people with RDs in March or April who have received approvals?
I'm new to the board today and so wouldn't have been recent posts on this.

Also some people on this board had received 45-Day Letters with Rds in January or March 2003 which is before May 2003?

Yes.. You can check SD DOL thread for latest Approvals.. I believe last approvel we have seen from SF DOL was with RD March 31st 2003.

The cases which have received 45 day letters (of RD Jan/Mar 2003) are not California Cases.
 
Attorney got the letter from Dallas BEC today.

Also got reply to my email status inquiry today.... after 9 days

RIR/EB2 , APPLIED FROM CA.

Do any one know if the prefix "p" and "d" mean any thing in the new case number like "p" for philly BEC or "d" for Dallas BEC ?
