Check with your lawyer whether your checks got cleared or not> i hope at least that could give some hope. for me i don\'t have access to that information.
 
EAD card received - ND: 1/8/02 AD: 1/29/02

MD: 12/21/01
ND: 1/8/02
AD: 1/29/02 (this is the date on EAD card but AVM message said 1/31/02)
Card received 2/2/02
 
Received RFE for wife\'s EAD!

Wife\'s EAD got an RFE on 1/28/02,notice hasn\'t reached yet! No update for my EAD application.
Got AP approved for myself and my son but no news about wife\'s AP!
Can anybody tell what can be the RFE for EAD???
 
EAD RFE may be because of photographs..I know of a friend who was asked to submit new photos

My wife EAD had a query for photos and I sent photos on 01/30/2002 and I didnt check AVM till now , traced Fed ex delivery on 01/31/2002 11:40 AM .

From where you got your photos done?

I mean form INS approved photographer or from general...
And yes can you please tell us what was wriiten in the RFE.....
