CP to AOS Conversion - Any bad effects?

Converted CP to AOS. I noticed people with NDs later than mine already received their EADs. It seems converting CP to AOS affects processing speed. Anyone with the similar experience?

140 for CP, filed AOS..Resident AZ...filed in VSC as 140 was VSC.

Did you notify NVC of your intent to adjust status in the US and not go for CP? If you did, how long did it take for NVC to sent your file back to VSC?

My I-140 was also approved for CP and I filed AOS. My ND is 12/2001 and yours is 01/2002 but I still haven\'t received my EAD. I\'m wondering if my CP to AOS thing had some affect on the process.
 
Hi NJ_VSC_GC, My attorney informed NVC that we are opting for AOS.

I am not sure whether EAD and 140 are connected.
 
RFE for Advance Parole?????? Need help..

Hi Guys,
My rd:12/20, ND:1/4. EAD got approved on 1/25. Today on 1/28 i checked AVM for I-131. It says they issued RFE for this AP. Anybody knows what it could be? If any body had similar case/exp..plz share the info.

EAD for my wife RFE issued on 1/17, recd on 1/28 -- rfe photos are not as per specification .

will she get Rfe for 485 too becos of photos ? shall I send another set for 485 or wait till we get rfe ?

Received the cards today for spouse and self. AVM still not updated.

Did you made any progress with your lawyer? I talk to my lawyer looks like they are going call only in Feb 1st week. Do you have any latest information about our situation? in case if you heard of something please let me know.
