Walmart in VA; Just tell them that you need pictures to be taken for Immigration purposes.

Walmart does have a passport pictures section in their 1 hour photo. I was not aware of that before, one of my friend told me. If you did not like the pictures, they would take a new set of pictures.

I have no idea. Most of the EAD RFEs are about photos. But since your EAD is already approved, I don\'t understand what can cause an RFE in AP. Did you hear that on AVM?

Mailing date(not sure)--15 thru 17/02
Receipt date-01/18/02
Notice date -02/04/02

Thanks to all guys on this thread for sharing info, i was not sure about my case details, so did not post earlier, BUT NOW ACCURATE ENOUGH.

applied for my self and wife,received for both receipts.

Waiting for EAD cards and FP notice.

Help: I was J1 holder from China and got a waiver. Last Oct. I transfer to H1. Could it possible for me to sponsor my parent get their visitor\'s visa while my I 485 is pending? Any advice and suggestion would be great appreciated.

Are you planning to send a copy of H1b or I485 receipt plus EAD back?
