Checked the AVM system today, my EAD was approved today.
My spouses\' EAD was Approved on 01/28/02 itself.

Any thoughts on FP guys? I have seen few people posting their FP notice dates.

In my case my EAD was approved on 2/11 but still waiting for spouse\'s EAD. Do you know why your EAD was approved so many days after your spouse\'s. Looks like it is a normal thing with VSC to approve it seperately.

I had an RFE for the pictures, so I sent them new set of pictures
on 02/04/02, yesterday it was approved.

EAD approved!

MD: January 14-18 (not sure exact)
AD: 2/5/02 (spouse)
    2/7/02 (primary)

I-485 was filed in November but Attorney forgot to file EAD.
 
MrMr, I\'ve got copies of I485, EAD and AP receipts today from my lawyer.

Hoever, I\'m still waiting for EAD and AP approval.

My husband got a RFE for EAD. Heard it on AVM.

Talked to IIO, finally got receipt, Nightmare ended.

Employment based I485/EAD/AP
1st MD: 8/30/01 to local NY office by unprofessional lawyer
2nd MD: 1/9/02 to VSC
Haven\'t received receipt in mail, just talked IIO, receipt on the way, after months of nightmare.
